You'll be our boots on the ground, ensuring projects run smoothly and keeping everyone informed.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Project Manager with all aspects of restoration projects, from initial assessment to completion.
    • Visit job sites, document progress, and take photos.
    • Order materials and equipment to keep projects on schedule.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients updated and answering questions.
    • Pick up and deliver materials as needed.
    • Contribute to scheduling, maintain project timelines, and enter detailed notes.
    • Assist the mitigation department with selective demolition, cleaning, and drying equipment setup (physical activity may decrease with experience).
  • Qualifications:
    • Quick learner with a strong desire to grow within the company.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages pressure well.
    • Some knowledge of disaster restoration, remodeling, or construction (a plus, but not required; we'll train you!).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Valid driver's license and comfortable with occasional physical activity.
    • Team player who enjoys helping others (we're a small team that supports each other).
    • Enjoys working hard and has the opportunity to earn overtime.
    • Most notably, has the patience and willingness to learn our unique approach.
